Baja Citrus Seasoning
This homemade Baja citrus seasoning is a bright, zesty blend that adds fresh, bold flavor to chicken, shrimp, fish, or veggies without the additives found in store-bought packets.

- 3 tbsp. Smoked Paprika
- 3 tsp. Paprika
- 3 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp. Onion Powder
- 3 tsp. Chili Powder
- 4 tsp. Ground Coriander
- 3 tsp. Dried Cilantro or Cilantro Flakes
- 3 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 2½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Gound Black Pepper
When Ready to Use
in a resealable bag or container with a lid, add 1-2 tbsp of the mix per pound of meat, combined with ¼ C. olive oil and 2 tbsp. lime juice and 1 tbsp. orange juice.
Marinade your meat choice for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator or overnight for enhances flavor.
